RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx. 

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. Return of clothing with original tags attached, unworn, and unwashed. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. Ultimate decision on acceptance of returns is at the discretion of Read My Lips Boutique LLC.

1. Email us at contact.rmlboutique@gmail.com to get your return APPROVED.
2. Once approved, please include a slip with your name, email, and order numbers in the package being returned.
3. Please ship back to: O. Box
4. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return. Once processed, we will issue an app credit or website gift card accordingly.

If you return a final sale item or send back a late return, there will be a 50% restocking fee deducted from your store credit or website gift card. 

We do not offer exchanges.
