RETURN POLICY

Approved returns will be accepted for ONLINE CREDIT ONLY.

Merchandise purchased at a discount of 25% or more and items in a SALE category are always FINAL SALE.

Items must be in perfect condition to be accepted for return. Return of clothing with original tags attached, unworn, and unwashed. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will be accepted. Ultimate decision on acceptance of returns is at the discretion of Read My Lips Boutique LLC.

Returns must be received at our P.O. Box within 14 days from the day of receiving. All returns must be approved; please notify us at this email: contact.rmlboutique@gmail.com BEFORE sending returns.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Options are USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

Sale items are ALWAYS final sale. All jewelry, accessories, non-clothing items, are final sale.

Read My Lips Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If an item needs to be returned, please include a slip with your name, email, and order numbers, so that we can issue an app credit or website gift card accordingly.

If you return a final sale item or send back a late return, there will be a 50% restocking fee deducted from your store credit. 

We do not offer exchanges.

Damaged items must be reported within three days of the receipt of your order. Please email us at contact.rmlboutique@gmail.com and forward photos of any damage.
